Candyland Fun

This is my very first post of my very first blog!  And I wanted to start by sharing a party I just hosted for my daughter's 4th birthday.  I talked her out of a Princess and the Frog (as much as I love Princess and the Frog!!) because I wanted to try a Candyland Party.  There's so many fun things you can do with it, especially the cake.  So I gave it a try...and it turned out to be the SWEETEST of days!!

Outside, a bouncy house and an arts and crafts station rounded out the fun.  The kids painted little wooden ice cream sundaes, made candy necklaces, and bounced their sugar rush off.  My daughter's face was beaming all day.   I'd have to say my first Candyland Party was a sweet success!
